Bryant Furnace Installation in Woodbury, MN

Installed a Bryant 80k btu furnace. Re-hooked gas high and low voltage. Reconnected PVC exhaust and intake. Ran new 5/8″ vinyl drains to furnace and AC. Sealed all ducts. Installed a 3-ton Bryant AC. Brazed in pressure tested and vacuumed. Re-hooked high and low voltage. Ran and charged AC. Ran and tested out the furnace.

Removed old furnace, AC, and condenser. Installed an 80% 2-stage 70k BTU Bryant furnace and a 2-ton AC. Brazed in condenser and coil. Re-hooked high and low voltage. Pressure tested, vacuumed, and charged AC to 10 degrees subcool. Reconnected filter rack. Leveled furnace and installed coil adapting to upper plenum. Reconnected gas, high and low voltage, and venting. Ran a new drain line to the existing condo pump. Ran a new discharge line for condo pump. Ran all equipment.

AC & Furnace Installation in Eden Prairie, MN

Removed old ac and coil and flushed refrigerant lines. Set new ac brazed in. Reconnected high and low voltage. Pressure tested vacuumed and charged. Installed a 110k Btu 80 percent furnace. Reconnected gas high and low voltage. Redid the venting for the furnace and h20 heater. Ran a new drain for the ac. Ram and tested furnace.

AC & Furnace Installation in Minnetrista, MN

Installed a 80k btu furnace and a 3 1/2 ton ac. Removed old condensor and coil and flushed lineset. Reinstalled new ac and coil reconnected high and low voltage. Pressure tested vacumed and charged. Installed new furnace and reattached return . Reconnected pvc venting high and low voltage. Redid gas piping checking for leaks. Ran new drain lines for furnace and ac. Ran and tested furnace

We needed two visits – Jake came out first and was very knowledgeable and pleasant and polite. Grant came out a couple days later and was also knowledgeable and nice to talk to. They both did a great job. Sabre’s office staff is very helpful, calling prior to the arrival of the technician, and providing the technician’s name and approximate arrival time. They are also well priced for their services. Definitely recommend.

I had a Bryant furnace that needed a new secondary heat exchanger that was covered under warranty. I had three bids from three different companies. The first two companies knew it was cold out, being December, and tried to price gouge me. A friend that does hvac recommended Sabre for repairs. They cost me half what the other bids did and did a great job. The person that did the work explained exactly what the issue was and how it was going to be fixed. Definitely recommend them!

These guys just bailed me out of a “cold spot”. The boiler on my hot water heating system wasn’t working and I couldn’t make contact with my regular service company. Gary came over and diagnosed the problem with help from a few of the other boiler technicians from Sabre. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. My house is getting back to a reasonable temperature. Great customer service!
